摘要

太赫兹波由于其高频率,非常适合于超宽带和高数据速率通信。由于太赫兹信号的传输受到大气特别是水蒸气的严重影响,因此要实现高效、远距离的太赫兹通信,需要更灵敏的太赫兹探测技术。本文以0.5THz超导SIS接收机为基础,演示了含调频高斯噪声和调频方波信号的太赫兹通信。实验中对两类信号的接收、频谱处理和解调进行了测试,并给出了测试结果。
