摘要

本文报道了一种利用改进电流反向跨导放大器(MCBTA)实现正弦振荡器的新型小型化方法。所提出的电路采用单个MCBTA和四个无源元件,包括两个接地电容器。该电路提供了振荡频率(FO)的振荡(CO)的完全解耦条件,即CO中的项不存在于FO中,反之亦然。CO和FO都可以通过两个不同的接地电阻独立调谐。FO也可通过跨导调谐,因此是电子可调谐的。SPICE仿真结果验证了所提电路的可行性。
