COMSOL Multi-physics was used to optimize the design. The results show that the meander structure with a geometry ratio of 1: 2 generates the highest mixing index than the other ratios. In addition, the increase in Reynolds number causes the mixing index improvement. 摘要

本文对基于曲流的微流控混合器进行了优化设计。设计了三种不同结构的微流控混合器,发展了被动微缠绕水的混合,并通过三个比例变化。采用COMSOL Multi-physics对设计进行优化。结果表明,当曲流结构的几何比为1:2时,其混合指数最高。此外,雷诺数的增加导致混合指数的提高。本研究的结果将有利于芯片实验室应用的未来发展。
