The research used is qualitative research, while the research approach used is descriptive qualitative research. The object of this research is the DPRD of Temanggung Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive method that is carried out in a systematic, factual, and accurate manner regarding the facts, nature, and relationship of the phenomena being investigated. The data were obtained through interviews, document studies, and observation. 摘要

本研究旨在从规划、实施、评估三个方面来确定人民军丹万宫摄政监督职能的执行情况,了解人民军在提高丹万宫摄政教育质量方面所做的努力,以及人民军在监督丹万宫摄政教育质量方面所面临的障碍。本研究采用定性研究,研究方法采用描述性定性研究。本研究的对象是天芒宫摄政的DPRD。本研究中使用的方法是一种描述性方法,以系统、事实和准确的方式对所调查现象的事实、性质和关系进行描述。数据通过访谈、文献研究和观察获得。本研究结果表明:(1)特万宫县从规划、实施、评估三个方面落实教育质量监督职能进展顺利,符合法定规定;(2)人民民主委员会通过立法职能和预算职能为提高temanggong县的教育质量所作的努力;(3)人民军在监督天万宫县教育质量方面面临的障碍是人力资源有限,无论是在人数、教育背景、兴趣背景和成员对监督职能的了解程度上,时间有限,权力有限,信息有限,对人民军开展的监督存在错误的认识。
