Regarding the characteristics of pain, 32.43 % stated that the pain decreased when they were not alone, 20.27 % pointed out that the pain was more intense at home, 81.08 % had moderate pain and 64.86 % had experienced pain for more than six months. As for depression, 43.24 % dealt with mild depression and 29.73 % had persistent depression. The characteristics of osteoarticular pain associated with depression were the degree of pain ( p = 0.041) and duration of pain ( p = 0.024). 摘要

目的:确定在秘鲁利马一家老年医院治疗的老年人骨关节疼痛和抑郁之间的关系。材料和方法:观察性和描述性研究。选取了2021年在秘鲁利马一家老年医院门诊部接受治疗的74名老年人作为样本。调查是一种技术,问卷是一种工具。采用IBM SPSS Statistics统计软件进行卡方检验,显著性水平为5%。结果:老年人总体特征中,70岁以上占51.35%,女性占55.41%,中等文化程度占60.81%,已婚或同居占86.49%。关于疼痛的特征,32.43%的人表示不独处时疼痛减轻,20.27%的人指出在家时疼痛更剧烈,81.08%的人疼痛中度,64.86%的人疼痛超过6个月。至于抑郁症,43.24%为轻度抑郁症,29.73%为持续性抑郁症。与抑郁相关的骨关节疼痛的特征为疼痛程度(p = 0.041)和疼痛持续时间(p = 0.024)。结论:在秘鲁利马一家老年医院接受治疗的老年人中,骨关节疼痛与抑郁症显著相关。
