摘要

基于故障数据的软件可靠性度量可以提供当前状态下的软件可靠性估计,以及随着测试的进行对未来软件可靠性的预测。分析了软件可靠性测量过程中存在的问题,提出了一种实用的基于现有技术水平的软件可靠性测量框架,以实现较好的软件可靠性预测。对修正方法即再标定法和组合法的有效性进行了研究。结果表明,修正方法的预测效果较好,但并非总是如此,因此仍需进行预测质量分析。
