Oscillations of a layered half-space with initial mechanical strains is described by using linearized motion equations based on the quasi-static approximation for a prestressed electro-magneto-elastic medium. The Green function of a layered half electro–magneto–elastic-space for various boundary value problems describing various magnetic conditions on the boundary between the electroelastic layer and the magnetoelastic half-space was analytically constructed. Assuming that vibrations of the medium to be settled and proceed according to a harmonic law. The calculated results show the influence of hydrostatic deformation on the dynamic capacitance of an electro–magneto–elastic medium. In addition, the effect of magnetic various boundary conditions on dynamic capacitance is studied.
