摘要
敏捷方法Scrum可以有效地解决中小型软件开发组织在实施CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration，能力成熟度模型集成)时遇到的许多问题，但有些特殊需求很难得到满足。根据中小企业的特点，深入分析了Scrum与CMMI结合的可行性。对于基于CMMI和Scrum实践构建新的项目管理框架的组织来说，它是有用的。
