Allegedly caused by the skills of learning resources/instructors, interesting material was delivered by the instructor during the learning process. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 40 people who attended training at the Evi Salon Kota Pariaman training and training institute in 2018 and 2019 and the research sample consisted of 20 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, with a questionnaire sheet collection tool, and the data analysis technique used the percentage formula. It is highly recommended that the organizer or manager should be able to adjust and improve the needs of the training participants, so that the training can run well and smoothly. Learning resources/instructors to improve the appearance and use of learning media, so as to create a more intimate and motivated atmosphere in training. 摘要
本次研究的动机是学员对在巴黎市Evi沙龙培训和课程机构成功获得能力认证的高度兴趣,他们在培训中学习的热情以及学习过程中的主动性。据称是由于学习资源/讲师的技能,讲师在学习过程中提供了有趣的材料。这种类型的研究是定量描述性研究。本研究的人口是40人,他们在2018年和2019年参加了Evi Salon Kota Pariaman培训和培训机构的培训,研究样本由20人组成。数据收集技术采用问卷调查法,使用问卷表格收集工具,数据分析技术采用百分比公式。强烈建议组织者或管理者应该能够根据培训参与者的需求进行调整和改进,使培训能够顺利进行。学习资源/讲师改善学习媒体的外观和使用,从而在培训中营造更加亲密和积极的氛围。培训参与者能够利用讲师提供的知识和技能,并在日常生活中继续应用和发展。关键词:兴趣,培训,能力认证,学习实施,成功,LKP
