This research is motivated by the less than optimal use of learning facilities that support learning, especially in social education subjects. The aim of this research activity is to find out: an overview of the learning facilities and learning motivation of residents studying Package B at PKBM Insan Cendekia, as well as the relationship between learning facilities and the motivation to study social studies subjects of residents studying Package B at PKBM Insan Cendikia. The research approach is quantitative with a correlational type. The population in this study was 41 people studying Package B, PKBM Insan Cendikia. The sample for this study was 80% of the total population taken using the technique of stratified random sampling, namely 32 study residents. Data was collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use percentage and product moment formulas. Research results: (1) learning facilities are categorized as quite good; (2) motivation for learning social studies subjects is categorized as moderate; (3) there is a very significant relationship between learning facilities and motivation to study social studies subjects of residents studying package B PKBM Insan Cendikia in Padang City.

This research is motivated by the low moral development of children, this is thought to be caused by the inappropriate strategies used by educators in teaching. This research aims to describe educators' teaching strategies in developing children's morals at PAUD Amanah Kota Pariaman. Describes the moral development of children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Amanah Kota Pariaman. Seeing the relationship between educators' teaching strategies and the moral development of children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Amanah Kota Pariaman. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population of this study was parents whose children attended PAUD Amanah Kota Pariaman, totaling 24 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling, taking 80% of the population, namely 19 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire in the form of a list of statements. Data analysis techniques use percentages and rank order. The results of this research indicate that the strategies used by educators in teaching at PAUD Amanah Kota Pariaman are categorized as inappropriate. The moral development of children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Amanah Kota Pariaman is categorized as low. There is a significant relationship between educators' teaching strategies and the moral development of children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Amanah Kota Pariaman. It is recommended that educators use more appropriate teaching strategies and attract children's attention in developing children's moral behavior.

The background of this research by the low entrepreneurial motivation of graduates participating in sewing training at UPTD BLK Payakumbuh, this was due to the self-confidence of the graduate participants. This research aims to reveal a picture of self-confidence, entrepreneurial motivation, and the relationship between self-confidence and entrepreneurial motivation of graduates of sewing training participants at UPTD BLK Payakumbuh. This research is a correlational type of quantitative research. The population in this study was 32 graduates participating in sewing training. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. The sample was taken as 21% of the population, namely 25 graduates participating in sewing training. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses presentation formulas and the Sprearman Rho correlation formula.  The results of this study show: 1) the self-confidence of sewing training graduates is relatively low; 2) the entrepreneurial motivation of sewing training participants is low; 3) there is a significant relationship between self-confidence and entrepreneurial motivation of graduates of sewing training participants at UPTD BLK Payakumbuh.Suggestions in this research are expected for graduate training participants. It is hoped that graduate participants will always try to raise their self-confidence and enthusiasm to be motivated in starting a business so that the skills and knowledge gained during the sewing training can be developed.Keywords: Self-confidence, Entrepreneurial Motivation

This research was hampered by the low student activity on extracurricular arts, which was allegedly due to the inadequacy of the practice methods used. The aim is to look at the methods of practice, student activity and see the relationship between the method of practice and student activity on extracurricular arts. The research method uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlational research. The population of this research is all that follows the activity with sampling using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. Data gathering techniques using lifting. Data analysis techniques using percentage formula and Product Moment formula.The results of the study showed that; the methods of training used by trainers in extracurricular still belong to the less appropriate category; student activity also belonged to low; and there was a significant relationship between the method of training and student activity in the extra-curricular arts.Since the extracurricular activities of the arts are very beneficial to the students, there is a need for the efforts of the school to pay attention and enhance the construction of such extracursual activities. It is recommended to the extra-curricular art trainers, to increase and maximize the use of methods of training in extracural activities so as to a high level of activity.

The low social attitudes of teenagers in Rawang village are the background for this research. The lack of effective interpersonal communication in the family makes this happen. The objectives of this study are: 1) describe interpersonal communication in the family in rawang village, Pariaman City; 2) describe social attitudes in rawang village, Pariaman City; 3) see the relationship between interpersonal communication in the family with the social attitudes of adolescents in rawang village. The research approach with quantitative with correlational research type. The study population was adolescents in the village of rawang, Pariaman city which amounted to 30 people by making the research sample using stratified proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a list of questions (questionnaire) data analysis techniques using the percentage formula and product moment. The results of the study include: 1) interpersonal communication in the family in adolescents is categorized as less effective: 2) the social attitudes of adolescents in Rawang village are categorized as low; 3) there is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication in the family with the social attitudes of adolescents in Rawang village, Pariaman City. The research suggestions are 1) for parents to be able to foster the quality of interpersonal communication in the family. communication provided by parents in a family that produces a harmonious relationship; 2) for family empowerment institutions to improve the ability of parents to carry out interpersonal communication.3) Future researchers are expected to observe other variables that are related to social attitudes.Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Adolescent Social Attitude

This research was motivated by the high intensity of playing with gadgets from early childhood in Kenagarian Pasar Baru, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The method used in the research is a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population of this study was 52 parents who had children aged 3-6 years. The data collection method used is a questionnaire which contains statements that are used as a data collection tool. Next, the data was analyzed using a percentage formula with correlation using the Product Moment formula. The results of the research show that: (1) the effectiveness of communication in the family is classified as poor, (2) the intensity of gadget use in early childhood in Kenagarian Pasar Baru, Pesisir Selatan Regency is classified as high, and (3) there is a significant relationship between the effectiveness of communication in the family and the intensity of communication in the family. ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to investigate the impact of learning habits and social support on the learning climate of Package C learners at PKBM Delima Bandara, located in Padang Pariaman Regency. Employing a quantitative explanatory research approach, the study utilizes multiple regression analysis techniques. The population consists of all Package C students at PKBM Delima Bandara, totaling 77 individuals, with a sample size of 43 chosen through simple random sampling. The instrument is using questionnaires. The findings indicate that both learning habits and social support, both individually and collectively, have a positive and statistically significant influence on the learning climate of Package C. This suggests that improved learning habits and access to social support positively contribute to the creation of a conducive learning environment at PKBM Delima Bandara. Hence, it is recommended that learners focus on developing effective learning habits and leverage available social support networks to enhance the overall learning climate. Keywords: learning habits, social support, learning climate, package C

Memorizing the Al-Quran is a form of worship activity carried out by Muslims, but there are things that must be considered in memorizing the Al-Quran, namely intention, enthusiasm, obedience and the ability to manage time and other activities. Therefore, the implementation process requires discipline. However, what can be seen from the students at the Sakinah Al-Qur'an House is that the students still lack discipline in memorizing the Al-Qur'an. This research uses a quantitative correlational approach to collect and analyze data. Quantitative methods allow researchers to measure the relationship between disciplinary behavior and the amount of memorization of the Al-Qur'an. The data analysis technique used in this research uses the product moment formula with a significance level of 5% (=0.05). The results of this research obtained an rcount of 0.982. The rcount value is consulted with rtable at a 5% confidence level, namely 0.349 with N = 23. The rcount > rtable value means HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant relationship between disciplinary behavior and the amount of memorization by students at Sakinah Air Tawar Barat House, Padang City. So this research confirms that students who show good disciplinary behavior tend to have a higher amount of memorization, and vice versa. The implication of this research is the importance of strengthening discipline in the context of learning the Al-Qur'an, as well as the need for awareness of the importance of disciplined behavior to achieve optimal results in memorizing the Al-Qur'an.Keyword : Memorizing, discipline behavior, number of memorized, Qur'an House.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya perilaku sosial siswa paket B dalam pembelajaran di SPNF SKB Padang Pariaman. Hal ini diduga disebabkan oleh interaksi sosial tutornya. Tujuan penelitian adalah: 1) mengetahui interaksi sosial tutor; 2) mengetahui perilaku sosial warga belajar paket B di SPNF SKB Padang Pariaman; dan 3) mengetahui hubungan interaksi sosial tutor dengan perilaku sosial siswa paket B dalam pembelajaran di SPNF SKB Padang Pariaman. Jenis penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, bertujuan untuk mengungkap hubungan interaksi sosial tutor dengan perilaku sosial siswa paket B dalam pembelajaran di SPNF SKB Padang Pariaman. Populasi penelitian adalah warga Paket B (112 orang) dan 60% dijadikan sampel (53 orang) dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan product moment. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) interaksi sosial tutor tergolong buruk, 2) perilaku sosial warga belajar paket B pada pembelajaran di SPNF SKB Padang Pariaman tergolong buruk, dan 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara interaksi sosial tutor dan perilaku sosial warga belajar paket B pada pembelajaran di SPNF SKB Padang Pariaman.

The background of this research is women living on the coast of Pasie Nan Tigo who carry out a dual role as a wife and also supplement their income. Women in Pasie Nan Tigo work to increase their income because their husbands' income is not sufficient for household needs. This requires women in Pasie Nan Tigo to be able to work to meet the needs of the family. There is a dual role played by women in Pasie Nan Tigo as figures who are tough and never give up to create a prosperous family and economy. This research uses a qualitative approach with the nature of a case study which aims to provide an overview of the research findings. The location of this research is Pasie Nan Tigo, Padang City. The subjects of this research were female fish sellers, Mrs. ML, Mrs. RS, and also Mrs. YS. The research informants were the people of Pasie Nan Tigo, Mrs. MR and the fisherman in Pasie Nan Tigo, Mr. AR. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity techniques use method triangulation, source triangulation, and theoretical triangulation. The results of the research findings show that the role of women in the family is caring for, educating children, taking care of the household, contributing to increasing income, how women survive by selling fish in the market and having an active strategy for survival, and the resilience of women in carrying out dual roles, namely: tough because she acts as a mother to her children, as a wife to her husband who serves her husband well, and carries out multiple roles without giving up.
