Breakdown Effect and it’s Prevention in On-board Equipment of Satellite Communication Systems
The problem of breakdown effect, also called multiphactor, in on-board equipment of satellite communication systems is considered. This negative effect affects the reliability of onboard devices of high radiation power and hinders the development of radio-electronic equipment for space applications in general.
