摘要

随着风电场渗透率的不断提高,在配电网无功调度中可以合理考虑基于满额定改装风机的风电场无功调节能力。实际上,电网需要分布式无功电源来支持灵活、快速的电压控制,从而使风电场参与电压自动控制成为可能。针对有风电场的配电系统,提出了一种基于自适应分区的AVC方法。该方法的目的是合理调度风电场的无功功率,以保持电网的电压稳定。通过对中国实际电网的实例分析,验证了该方法的有效性。
