Об изменении нормативно-правого обеспечения подготовки аспирантов
Рассматриваются некоторые изменения в организации и содержании подготовки аспирантов. Проведен анализ отечественного законодательства в соответствующей области. Выделены и проанализированы наиболее острые проблемы в сфере подготовки аспирантов. Предложены варианты решения обозначенных проблем.
