Acute centrifugal exercise is a major factor to promote the transverse tension transfer of skeletal muscle. The purpose of this study is to determine a scientific and reasonable centrifugal movement mode by studying the changes of lateral tension transfer of skeletal muscle caused by acute centrifugal movement. In this paper, the relevant theories and concepts of transmission electron microscope, acute centrifugal exercise and skeletal muscle are explained at first, especially the acute responses of acute centrifugal exercise in three aspects of metabolic cardiopulmonary response, molecular level response and repetition effect are analyzed. The change of lateral tension transfer of skeletal muscle caused by acute centrifugal movement was analyzed concretely by rat model experiment. The results showed that: compared with the intensity of acute centrifugal exercise, the lateral tension of skeletal muscle increased significantly after acute exercise, from 0.36 to 0.65, with a change range of 0.29. The lateral tension before acute exercise increased from 0.24 to 0.29, with a change of only 0.05. 摘要

骨骼肌侧张力的变化对骨骼肌损伤有直接的影响。急性离心运动是促进骨骼肌横向张力传递的主要因素。本研究的目的是通过研究急性离心运动引起骨骼肌侧张力传递的变化,确定科学合理的离心运动模式。本文首先对透射电镜、急性离心运动和骨骼肌的相关理论和概念进行了阐述,特别从代谢心肺反应、分子水平反应和重复效应三个方面对急性离心运动的急性反应进行了分析。通过大鼠模型实验,具体分析了急性离心运动对骨骼肌侧张力传递的影响。结果表明:与急性离心运动强度相比,急性运动后骨骼肌侧张力明显增加,从0.36增加到0.65,变化范围为0.29。急性运动前的侧张力由0.24增加到0.29,变化仅为0.05。综上所述,急性离心可以促进骨骼肌横向张力传递的增加。
