摘要

本文提出了一种利用风能和太阳能两种可再生能源发电系统来满足负荷需求的新方法。采用模糊控制器对电站的发电进行控制。计算各可再生能源的参考功率,并提供给模糊控制器;它产生控制信号来改变发电功率。控制器具有足够的智能,可以对太阳能和风能工作点的动态变化做出决策。利用MATLAB SIMULINK工具实现了该系统。
