The European Court differs from all other international courts in its
special international legal means of protecting human rights. Due to the
properties of the European Court of Justice, the decisions of the ECHR are
distinguished by their peculiar features, the holistic presentation of which
makes it possible to determine the nature of the decisions of the ECtHR.
Discussing the theoretical approaches within the framework of this article and
examining the decisions of the European Court, the properties of the
decisions of the European Court are identified and interpreted.
