Islam, both as a faith and as a civilization, continues to play an increasingly important role in international relations, especially in the context of the formation of a new world order in the Middle East. Taking into account the complex geopolitical environment created for Armenia after the 2020 war, we attach importance to the constant revision and study of political and civilizational dimensions in political, socio-cultural, anthropological domains in order to establish the place and role of the Islamic civilization and political Islam within the framework of contemporary Armenian political thought.

Against the backdrop of contemporary turbulence and ambiguities, the multi-dimensional aspect of the values of charismatic leadership has been studied as a socioculutural and ethnocultural phenomenon. It has been claimed that the latest information and communication technologies have had a substantial impact on that phenomenon. The advancement of those technologies has made it possible to change the political and psychological atmosphere of a country via the readujustment of the image of the politician. Thus, the improvement of political technologies has led to the qualitatively new and specially constructed “false charisma” that we deal with now. Our starting point is that the establishment of the multi-dimensional values of charismatic leadership functions like a game. Having said that, the multidimensional values of the formation of charismatic leadership have been analyzed emphasizing the anthropological and civilizational approaches within the realm of comparative politics. According to the author, this approach will create an opportunity to generalize interdisciplinary findings constructing a holistic image of the sociopolitical transformation of the subject matter.

The article considers the political vector of the constitution as a distinct social approach ensuring social coexistence and establishing a distinct role in the legal system which is based on the prevailing approach of value system. As a starting point, it is accepted that the constitution was purposefully created by the state to achieve a certain level of political dialogue and coexistence, as well as to regulate the value norms of the implementation of political power and as such it needs to have appropriate features. However, the political constitution has gained conceptual significance in legal and political circles over the years. We think that, in the face of democratic changes, it is impossible to oppose the "political" constitution to the "legal" constitution, resulting in a contradiction between the legal and political constitutions. This article discusses the most debatable and controversial conceptual approaches to the political constitution, as well as the peculiarities of the constitution's perception as a political document.

The article analyzes two problems: the formation of a student's professional identity and the humanization of higher education. The relationship between them is shown. The most significant aspects of the educational process from the point of view of ensuring its quality are identified and considered in a psychological way. The process of humanization of higher education through the formation of a "civilized ecological mentality" in a student is presented. Its influence on the formation of such a “professional mentality”, which ensures the development of the “proper” professional identity of the student, is noted. It is proposed to consider the student's professional identity as a "marker" which allows to identify the success (or failure) of the humanization of the educational process.

Recently economists have been paying a lot of attention to the issues of monetary integration, while the accompanying discussions lead to pointing out its advantages and disadvantages and, as a result, evaluating the need for monetary unification of countries and its effectiveness. Identifying the benefits and costs of monetary integration, which is the basis of the theory of optimal currency zones, makes it possible to analyze the expediency of forming monetary unions between the countries in the world. The article is devoted to the presentation of the positive and negative effects of monetary integration on the economies of the member states of the integration group, which were highlighted as a result of the study of the theoretical foundations of optimal currency areas.

The article introduces the results of an empirical study on the relationship between the manager's management style and the level of professional burnout of employees, as well as the management style and the level of subjective well-being of employees. From the experimental data obtained, it became clear that authoritarian and democratic management styles correlate with indicators of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, professional burnout and subjective wellbeing among employees.

A rating analysis of some Armenian banks was carried out using the CAMEL method, which is a combination of indicators: Capital Adequacy, Asset Quality, Management, Profit, Liquidity. It is shown that Ameriabank occupies the leading position among the banks studied in terms of CAMEL indicators. The data obtained make it possible to judge the effectiveness of the CAMEL method in rating the functioning of banks. However, the CAMEL method in non-rating assessment can lead to ambiguous interpretations.

The article addresses the fundamental issues of implementation of responsibilities of the state vis-a-vis the system of local self-government. In particular, it argues that the responsibilities of the state in matters of local self-government are mainly related to ensuring the harmonious development of the communities. The article also reveals the impact of factors determining the effectiveness of this state policy on the actual results of the development of the communities. The article provides an interpretation of the notion of “harmonious development” and, in light of that, analyzes the specific features of such tools for implementation of responsibilities of the state as financial equalization, subsidies and subventions. It also examines the mechanisms for their application as defined in the current legislation as well as reveals the factors affecting the effectiveness of those mechanisms. On this basis, the article presents some conceptual approaches for the improvement of the existing legislative regulations of the mentioned tools and mechanisms.

The article reflects upon the need to modify the legal acts in force in the process of property addressing in the Republic of Armenia. The laws and decisions adopted by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, pertaining to property addressing, have been studied. The study revealed that there are a number of defaults and omissions in the relevant legal acts, which disrupt the natural process of addressing. The legal acts often do not comply with the requirements of the newly-established electronic addressing platform and engender many problems in the process of property addressing.

The laws and decisions adopted by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, pertaining to property addressing, have been studied. The study revealed that there are a number of defaults and omissions in the relevant legal acts, which disrupt the natural process of addressing.
