摘要

建立了一维解析理论,描述了静态和小射频场中的场发射调制和电子聚束。它充分考虑了静电场和空间电荷的影响,对各种电流源都有效,提供了单向的电子运动。在此基础上,提出了一种由有限过运角的FEA三极管组成的新型速调管输入级。该调制器的有效增益比传统调制器的增益大一个数量级。
