摘要

本文通过对中国数字有线电视采用的标准的研究,考虑到中国数字电视系统以广播为主的运行方式,针对电视随时在广播环境下的应用,根据数字电视随时信息在DVB广播系统中的传输和访问机制,对数字电视家庭多媒体平台上的电视随时码实现技术进行了详细的描述。根据TV-Anytime传输系统的结构,设计了TV-Anytime的帧结构和优化策略。
