卸船机总是力求在提高运行可靠性的同时最大限度地降低维修成本,从而获得较好的可靠性和经济性。根据RCM (reliability centered maintenance)理论,运用FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis)分析了故障模式。提出了卸船机RCM策略、维修类型和关键部件维修的决策过程,为卸船机维修提供了科学的决策支持。
