While verification of environmental variables work tcount 1,213 < ttable 1,993 and significance 0,229 > 0,05 means it has but not significant effect on employee performance variables. While organizational culture variable tcount 14,332 > ttable 1,993 and significance 0,000 < 0,05 means it has an influence positive and significant to employee performance. Simultaneously variable work environment and organizational culture affect employee performance positive and significant, where Fcount 197,916 > Ftable 3,13, and significance 0,000 < 0,05. 摘要

本研究旨在确定、检验和分析万隆Luxton酒店的工作环境和组织文化对员工绩效的影响。本研究采用定量分析、描述和验证相结合的方法。样本数是74,也就是现有总体的总数。结果表明,受描述性变量影响,工作环境处于良好范畴,组织文化良好,员工绩效良好。而环境变量work tcount 1,213 <可表1993,显著性0,229 > 0.05的验证表明其对员工绩效变量有但不显著的影响。而组织文化变量计数为14,332 > 1993年可表性,显著性为0,000 < 0.05,说明其对员工绩效有正向显著的影响。同时,可变的工作环境和组织文化对员工绩效的影响是正向且显著的,其中Fcount 197,916 > Ftable 3,13,显著性为0,000 < 0,05。总效应为84.8%,而15.2%的员工绩效变量会受到研究中未考虑到的其他变量的影响。
