Tourism plays an important role in supporting the economy of a region because it has a link in the economic growth of the region. Bandung city is one of the tourist destinations visited by many local and foreign tourists. As one of the cities that has a lot of tourism potential that can be developed. One of the culinary attractions in Bandung is Jalan Sudirman. The purpose of this study is to analyze the tourist attraction in culinary tourism in Jalan Sudirman. This study uses qualitative research methods based on the results of observation and literature review by describing the attractiveness of culinary tourism in Jalan Sudirman. The results of this study describe the motivation of tourists and culinary attractions in Jalan Sudirman.

The research aims found out and explained the influence of tourist facilities and prices on the decision to visit tourists in Wana Wisata Batu Kuda. The study used quantitative methods with descriptive analysis and verificative analysis. The population in this study the sample used was 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing questionnaires to samples (respondents) and collecting them again for processing. The analytical method used was instrument test (validity test, reliability test, normality test and linearity test), descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test using IBM SPSS 24 for Windows. The results of this study indicated that all question items are valid and reliable. Facilities and prices partially and simultaneously influence the decision to visit tourists at Wana Wisata Batu Kuda. The conclusion of this study is that facilities and prices have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit tourists at Wana Wisata Batu Kuda.

This research aims to determine; (1) Grafika Cikole on social media Instagram, (2) brand awareness of Grafika Cikole, (3) tourist purchase decisions in Grafika Cikole, (4) the influence of social media Instagram and brand awareness on tourist purchasing decisions in in Grafika Cikole Lembang. This research is included in quantitative research with descriptive and verificative analysis whose information is collected from respondents using questionnaires and interview with informants. The population of this research is the entire tourist of Grafika Cikole. The sampling technique used random sampling of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires that has been tested for validity, reliability, and normality. The results of the research at the 5% significance level showed that; social media Instagram positively affects the purchasing decisions of tourists in Grafika Cikole Lembang. This is evidenced by a calculated t value is greater than the table t (4.391 > 1.984), and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05;brand awareness positively affects the purchasing decisions of tourists in Grafika Cikole Lembang. This is evidenced by a calculated t value is greater than the table t (5.271 > 1.984), and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; social media Instagram and brand awareness have a positive influence on the purchasing decisions of tourists in Grafika Cikole Lembang. This is evidenced by the F value calculated > F table (52.907 > 3.09) and the significance value 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between Instagram social media and brand awareness on purchasing decisions by 52.2%.

The purpose of this research is about the carrying capacity of tourism and its impact in relation to managing sustainable destination development so that it leads to environmental conservation. This research method uses primary and secondary data obtained from the results of questionnaires by tourists and interviews with management. The technique for taking samples is by non-probability sampling. The results showed for 1) tourists' perceptions of facilities at the Bogor Botanical Gardens such as food courts, parking lots, accessibility, toilets, places of worship, souvenir shops, information counters, directions, seats, cleanliness and security with an average value of 4.12. in the GOOD category, 2) for the carrying capacity of the area for weekdays the carrying capacity ratio is still below 30% of the maximum threshold and for weekends and holidays the carrying capacity ratio is between 70% - 90% of the maximum capacity of the Bogor Botanical Gardens of 28,554 tourists, 3) Land Suitability Index for tourism activities in the Bogor Botanical Gardens from the results that this area is classified as VERY APPROPRIATE (S1) with an index value of 90% which means that land suitability for tourism activities has a high level of feasibility. Suggestions are given to managers to pay attention to the capacity of tourists in accordance with the carrying capacity of the area to be used as a strategic basis for future tourism development.

The trend of sustainable tourism has become the government's attention in directing various regions to be able to move to accelerate the economy but still pay attention to the social and cultural aspects of the local community, one of which is by forming a tourist village. Kampoeng Lama Tourism Village is a tourist village located in Pantai Labu sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. Along with the development of tourist villages, in order to compete with other tourist villages, it is necessary to package tour packages as tourism products. Therefore, this study aims to create and produce tour packages based on activities that are already available in the Kampoeng Lama Tourism Village which is managed by the Kawan Lama Area. The method used by the author in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research are literature study, observation, documentation, and interviews. The result of this research is the creation of a tour package "The Authentic of Kampoeng Lama Village 2D/1N". Made based on the target market, students, families or groups. Itinerary for the Kampoeng Lama Tourism Village package designed by Kawan Lama Area matrix/table. While calculating the price of the package, Kawan Lama Area classified it into fixed cost and variable cost. It is hoped that Kawan Lama Area can cooperate with various stakeholders in marketing The Authentic of Kampoeng Lama Village 2D/1N tour package so that it can increase the economy in the Kampoeng Lama Tourism Village.

Penglipuran is a village located in Kubu Village, Bangli District, Bangli Regency. Penglipuran Village is a traditional village which has an area of 112 hectares and has 1,028 inhabitants with a total of 280 families. This research is about the management of Penglipuran Village which brings positive aspects to the surrounding community, especially the people who are in the Penglipuran Village area both from an economic, social or cultural perspective. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through direct observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study are the managers of Penglipuran Village and the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to find out how Penglipuran Traditional Village is managed. Based on the results of the research, it shows that community involvement in the management of Penglipuran Village has a positive impact on the community and maintains Balinese culture and customs. Community participation is the main support in developing and preserving the existing culture.

This research was conducted at Situ Bagendit which is located on Jl. Kyai Haji Hasan Arif, Sukamukti Village, Banyuresmi District, Garut Regency, with the title the influence of the application of Sapta Pesona on tourist satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of Sapta Pesona, the description of tourist satisfaction, and the effect of Sapta Pesona application on tourist satisfaction in Situ Bagendit. The method used in this research is a simple linear regression with a descriptive and verificative analysis approach. The research sampel used was 100 tourist respondents who had visited Situ Bagendit. Descriptive research results show that sapta pesona is in a good category with an average value of 76.3% and tourist satisfaction is in a good category with an average value of 77.2%. While the definitive analysis shows a total effect of 71.10% and the remaining 28.90% is another variable outside of this study. This study also showed positive and significant results.

This research aims to determine the effect of tourist attractions and prices on visiting motivation. This is based on the decline in the number of tourist visits to Situ Cangkuang from 2019 to 2022. Factors that cause a decrease in the number of visits are attractions and price that has an impact on visiting motivation. The purpose of this study in determine the effect of tourist attractions and prices has an the impact on visiting motivations in Situ Cangkuang. The study was conducted in Situ Cangkuang by taking 100 tourists as respondents. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. Data obtained from questionnaires that have been distributed and then processed using SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows software. The results showed that tourist attractions and prices have a positive and significant correlation of 0,706 (70,6%). The through the F test shows that tourist attractions and prices simultaneously influence visiting motivation significantly. The adjusted R squer number of 0,498 (49,8%) of visiting motivation variables can be expalined through two independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 50,2% is explained by ither variables excluding the two variables used in this study.
本研究旨在确定旅游景点和价格对旅游动机的影响。这是基于2019年至2022年前往司徒仓矿的游客数量下降。导致游客数量减少的因素是景点和价格对游客动机的影响。本研究的目的在于确定旅游景点和价格对原地仓矿旅游动机的影响。本研究在原地沧矿进行,选取100名游客作为调查对象。本研究采用描述与验证相结合的定量方法。数据来自已分发的问卷,然后使用SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows软件进行处理。结果表明:旅游景点与物价之间存在显著正相关(0.706,0.706%);通过F检验表明,旅游景点和价格同时显著影响旅游动机。访问动机变量调整后的R平方数为0,498(49.8%),可以通过回归方程中的两个自变量来解释。而剩下的50.2%是由任何一个变量解释的,不包括本研究中使用的两个变量。

The study was conducted in Situ Cangkuang by taking 100 tourists as respondents. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. Data obtained from questionnaires that have been distributed and then processed using SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows software. The results showed that tourist attractions and prices have a positive and significant correlation of 0,706 (70,6%). The through the F test shows that tourist attractions and prices simultaneously influence visiting motivation significantly. The adjusted R squer number of 0,498 (49,8%) of visiting motivation variables can be expalined through two independent variables in the regression equation. This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture and work discipline on employee work productivity in the recycled paper industry of Kridasana, especially in the production department. The method used is a survey with a sample of 30 respondents from the total population of production department employees. The results show that work culture has a significant influence on employee work productivity in the recycled paper industry of Kridasana. In addition, work discipline also has a significant influence on employee work productivity in the industry. This indicates that positive work culture and good work discipline can improve employee work productivity in the recycled paper industry of Kridasana. The conclusion of this study is that work culture and work discipline are important factors in improving employee work productivity in the recycled paper industry of Kridasana, especially in the production department. Therefore, the company must pay attention to and improve work culture and work discipline of employees in order to increase work productivity and achieve better company goals in the future.

The purpose of this research is to determine the tourism attraction and development strategy in the science center of Bandung Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach and SWOT analysis. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the tourism attractions in the science center were quite diverse, ranging from photo spots to interactive exhibits. However, additional tourism attractions need to be added to attract more tourists. Regarding the development strategy of tourism attractions in the science center, it is necessary to observe the environment (internal and external factors) and develop strategies through the SWOT matrix to produce alternative strategies translated into short-term goals, such as: Intensive promotion, Collaborating with other institutions, Promoting the existing educational and cultural attractions, Adding new attractions, Preparing or training tour guides who understand the exhibits, Adding several new spots of attraction, Considering natural factors for tourists' safety, Providing professional guides, medium-term goals such as providing various souvenirs, and long-term goals.
