摘要

研究了石墨电极电火花加工钛合金Ti-6Al-4V时输入参数(脉冲电流、极性、脉冲接通时间和占空时间)对表面完整性和材料去除率的影响。所采用的方法涉及实验设计(DOE)方法。结果表明,在电极上使用正极性可以获得较好的表面光洁度,但这种情况会导致材料去除率降低。白层厚度主要受脉冲导通时间的影响,随脉冲导通时间的增大而增大。
