Low risk of selection, attrition, and reporting bias were demonstrated in all studies. Ten studies had a high risk of performance bias. Conclusions The systematic review reported favorable results using manual therapy for knee meniscus injury. However, this study has several limitations because of the high risk of bias. 摘要

目的探讨人工手法治疗膝关节半月板损伤的疗效。方法检索MEDLINE、Cochrane Library、CAJ、万方、RISS、ScienceON和OASIS等7个电子数据库,收集以“手法治疗或推拿”和“半月板损伤”为关键词的随机对照试验(rct)。结果根据纳入标准选择11项rct,所有研究均在中国进行。五项研究进行了荟萃分析。系统回顾显示手工治疗膝关节半月板损伤的积极作用。所有的研究都证明了低风险的选择、减员和报告偏倚。10项研究存在表现偏差的高风险。结论系统回顾报告了手工治疗膝关节半月板损伤的良好效果。然而,由于偏倚风险高,本研究存在一些局限性。进一步的临床研究和更高水平的证据是必要的。
