The desire for the knowledge in order to become well aware of electromagnetic fields is increasing as electronics are spread. Especially the field of the effects of mobile phones on human brain is actually one of the most attractive topics since there has been no device which is used as near as mobile phone to the brain. The most important issue is that the heat release which caused by mobile phone. The heat release rate was defined here as Specific Absorption Rate (SAR). In this study, a model was developed by using different electrical frequencies of the brain tissues.
