摘要

本研究旨在确定绿线内三角地区的学校预备校长在专业发展教师方面的作用,以及从教师的角度来看,校长与改善教育过程的关系。采用相关描述性方法。本研究样本为336名预科学校教师,采用简单随机抽样的方法,采用问卷作为研究工具。结果显示,绿线内三角学区校长的角色从教师角度来看为中等,学校教育过程的改善程度为中等;从教师的角度来看,绿线内三角地区预科学校校长在教师专业发展和改善这些学校教育过程中的作用之间存在正相关关系。该研究建议在学习和教学过程以外的其他方面举办专业发展培训课程。
