Thus, the problem that arises is to manufacture, at the least cost, more comfortable, safer and more effective aircraft that meets the expectations of passengers and the requirements of the companies. As a matter of fact, our paper is aimed at and, through a hypothetical-deductive approach, to emphasize the need to adopt the organizational concept called «Leagility». This concept combines two organizational concepts, the first is a rational system called «lean Management» (LM). It is a progressive and continuous system that promotes the total quality approach and the development of a value chain as well as the elimination of any kind of waste or losses.
