Supply chain management and organizational change: Integrating an activity after its subcontracting in a Moroccan construction company 供应链管理与组织变革:摩洛哥某建筑公司分包后的活动整合

In this paper, we try, on the one hand to describe the impact of an organizational change on supply chain management (SCM) in a Moroccan construction company, that decides to vertically integrate a technical activity instead of subcontracting it to specialized companies. On the other hand, we propose an approach that will help ensure a successful transition from the total subcontracting to the progressive integration of this activity. This approach consists of evaluating the requested works, identifying those to be carried out by internal human resources, selecting suppliers and finally planning change management actions.

Towards a simulation model of an outpatient chemotherapy unit 迈向门诊化疗单元的模拟模型

This paper presents a case study of a cancer center. A discrete event simulation model with ARENA software was developed to model and analyze the patient flow and evaluate performance through the outpatient chemotherapy unit. Simulation results determine where over-utilization of resources and long waiting times of patient per process.

Workload balancing in nurse scheduling problem models and discussion 护士工作负荷平衡调度问题模型及讨论

Nurses planning is a challenging and a complex task that arises daily within healthcare facilities. Establishing rosters that meet both hospital requirements and nurses' preferences takes a considerable time and cannot be done manually. The equitable distribution of workload is one of the major factors contributing to nurses' satisfaction and, eventually, the quality of care delivered. However, the authors have given it a limited attention. This paper is threefold, it aims, firstly, to provide a detailed analysis of all the models proposed in the literature and which deal with this issue, compare and evaluate their relevance and effectiveness according to several criteria in order to highlight, lastly, the lines of reflection and action for further contributions.

Kohonen map approach for vehicle routing problem with pick-up and delivering 用Kohonen地图方法解决取货和送货车辆路线问题

Generally in the vehicle routing problem with delivery and pick-up (VRPDP), we work with a single central depot, a fleet of homogeneous vehicles and a set of customers. Customers are divided into two types: customers with known quantity of goods to be delivered from a depot and customers with a known quantity of goods to be collected to a depot. The aim of this work is, to present a variant of VRPDP and to minimize the vehicle fleet and the sum of travel time, with the restriction that the vehicle must have enough capacity for transporting the commodities to be delivered and those ones picked-up at customers for returning them to the depot. We propose an approach to update the Kohonen map algorithm using unsupervised competitive neural network concepts. The proposed algorithm extends existing research by reinforcing the term bias in order to encourage the network to explore a greater number of feasible solutions and introducing an enhancement through the well-known 2-opt procedure.

Estimating supplier's hidden quality costs with Taguchi quality loss function and Topsis method 利用田口质量损失函数和Topsis法估算供应商的隐性质量成本

This paper presents a new method of measuring hidden quality costs that are associated with a supplier. The hidden quality costs are the costs that could be identified, but hard to be quantified. Quantification of these costs is conducted based on several existing methods, such as Taguchi's quality loss function. This function has been proved to be successful over the last fifteen years for the improvement of product quality and process performance. It's a way to measure losses due to variability from a target value. To determine the target value for a product, most Taguchi experiments present it as a single quantitative quality characteristic. Whereas, the supplier's target value would be also qualitative. In this context the variability from a multiple qualitative quality characteristic is not common, due to its uncertainty and imprecision. Therefore, this paper presents an alternative approach for tackling such a problem using the Topsis method, and Taguchi's quality loss function. The paper also presents the validation of the proposed model through a case study.

Towards a mixed method model and simulation of the automotive supply chain network connectivity 面向汽车供应链网络连通性的混合方法建模与仿真

This article presents a multi method simulation based tool, that reflects in details the network structure of automotive supply chain and will be used to support decision making. It allows to examine the complex system behavior considering mutual interactions among nodes and evaluate the upstream and downstream connectivity mechanisms in product and supply chain design. The conceptual models used have been formulated based on review of the state of art research which helped select the adequate modeling for simulation paradigms, Mainly ABM (Agent based modeling), DE (discrete event) and SD (System dynamics) modeling and integrating PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) approach. The first part of the paper identifies the needs to the connectivity mechanisms in auto SCM and modeling of this complex system. In sequence, the simulation modeling as a business decision tool is discussed and the method conception is presented. Finally, the proposal delimitation and future uses in the automobile industry are given.

In order to monitor the performance of a supply chain, decision-makers have the habit to use performance indicators. However, the multiplicity of indicators, quantitative ones or qualitative ones, pushes to merge them, to simplify diagnostic and facilitate comparisons. In this work, we propose a new aggregation operator, aiming to fix drawbacks of usual arithmetic means. An extension to fuzzy logic is given.

The value of Vendor Managed Inventory has been widely analyzed in the literature, for different supply chain characteristics, in particular, for various demand patterns, and by different modeling approaches. In this paper, we are interested in customer demand following an AR(1) process. We investigate the impact of lead-time variation on the value of the Vendor Managed Inventory in a two-echelon supply chain, where performance is measured in terms of inventory reductions. A correlation analysis is lead to evaluate the magnitude of the interaction between the manufacturer lead-time and benefits from Vendor Managed Inventory. Managerial guidelines are deduced, and opportunities for future research are proposed.

Spatial analysis of bus accidents in France 法国公共汽车事故的空间分析

This study aims to better understand the spatial characteristics of urban bus accidents in France between 2012 and 2014. It specifically aims to highlight the classes of Urban Transportation Perimeter (UTP) that are more likely to have a bus accident in function of distances traveled by bus fleets. To do this, the bus accident rates have been calculated for each UTP population class according to distances traveled by bus fleets. The Analysis Balance of Road Traffic Injury Accidents (BAAC) provided us with bus accidents data. The database of urban public transport provided us with distances traveled by bus fleets according to UTP classes. Below this threshold, the accident rates of bus remain weak and differ little according to the size of the UTP. Above this threshold, the rates of bus accidents are higher or even very high for UTPs with more than 300 000 inhabitants.

The aim of this article is to propose an agile approach of decision support in order to manipulate and capitalize the knowledge. we present one of the bio-inspired computer techniques to provide decision-making assistance to hospital decision makers facing of massive patient flows. In fact, the Artificial Immune System (AIS) is a technique that has been adapted for the design of a hospital piloting assistance system. This assistance system helps hospital decision makers in their activities. The main objective is to present the basic concepts of a new approach that aims to provide hospital decision-makers with relevant traces to assist them in their decision-making in the difficult situations that put them under stress. In order to design the system, we relied on two mechanisms of AIS techniques (negative and clonal selection). The agility aspect of the system was assured by adopting the component approach. The results of the proposed approach have been good and effective because they improve the knowledge base developed by learning and offer a good decision-making help under tension.
