In this study, focusing on changing lanes, the driver's fundamental characteristics are mainly investigated in both field and laboratory experiments by comparing the case of using the system with the case of usual driving. The results obtained from these experiments indicate that the PVDS supports the driving task and decreases the workload of driving task, although the existence of the system changes the pattern of driver's eye movements when driving. 摘要

本文研究了驾驶员在使用周边车辆显示系统(PVDS)时的特征。该系统是先进道路交通系统的功能之一,通过显示其车辆周围车辆的位置信息来支持驾驶员的安全。本研究以变道为研究对象,通过现场实验和室内实验两种方式对驾驶员的基本特征进行了研究,并将使用该系统的情况与正常驾驶情况进行了比较。实验结果表明,尽管系统的存在改变了驾驶员在驾驶时的眼动模式,但PVDS支持驾驶任务,减少了驾驶任务的工作量。研究结果可作为进一步研究设计先进车载信息系统的起点。
