The functions of robust control algorithm are load balancing, reactive power compensation, power factor correction with active power generation for proposed topology. The perturb and observe algorithm is used to extract maximum power from PV array under variable insolation levels. To adapt with variation in terminal voltage at point of common contact (PCC), PV feed forward term is also added in control algorithm to make less oscillations in grid current. The advantages of control algorithm are robustness, less complex, amplitude and frequency adaptive nature. Test results demonstrate satisfactory response for steady state and dynamic conditions at load unbalancing and variations in insolation level. 摘要

针对具有分布式静态补偿器(distributed Static Compensator, DSTATCOM)功能的三相并网单级太阳能光伏(PV)系统,研究了鲁棒控制算法对分布式网络电能质量的改善。鲁棒控制算法具有负载均衡、无功补偿、有功功率因数校正等功能。采用摄动观测算法提取不同日照水平下光伏阵列的最大功率。为了适应共触点端电压的变化,在控制算法中还增加了PV前馈项,以减小电网电流的振荡。该控制算法具有鲁棒性好、复杂度低、幅频自适应等优点。试验结果表明,在负载不平衡和日照水平变化情况下,稳态和动态条件下的响应令人满意。电网电流和电压的畸变在IEEE-519标准的限制范围内。
