The difference of this class of equipment is the work in special conditions, i.e. under the influence of external hydrometeorological factors, taking into account changes in the parameters of the towed object. In order to smoothly control the change of torque on the working drum to reduce dynamic loads, it is proposed to use a hydraulic drive that is sensitive to changes in the load. THE STUDY OF LONGITUDINAL OSCILLATIONS OF A VISCOELASTIC ROPE WHEN TOWING OBJECTS
