THE STUDY OF LONGITUDINAL OSCILLATIONS OF A VISCOELASTIC ROPE WHEN TOWING OBJECTS 粘弹性绳拖曳物体时纵向振动的研究

The paper deals with the problems of mathematical modeling of dynamic processes occurring in a complex hydromechanical system of ship deck lifting devices. The difference of this class of equipment is the work in special conditions, i.e. under the influence of external hydrometeorological factors, taking into account changes in the parameters of the towed object. In order to smoothly control the change of torque on the working drum to reduce dynamic loads, it is proposed to use a hydraulic drive that is sensitive to changes in the load. The obtained mathematical model allows to determine the influence of the hydraulic drive parameters on the transients in the drive system and to study the longitudinal vibrations of the viscoelastic rope when towing objects.
本文研究了船舶甲板升降装置复杂流体力学系统动态过程的数学建模问题。这类设备的不同之处在于在特殊条件下工作,即在外部水文气象因素的影响下,要考虑到被拖物体参数的变化。为了平稳地控制工作滚筒上的转矩变化以减小动载荷,提出采用对载荷变化敏感的液压驱动。得到的数学模型可以确定液压驱动参数对驱动系统瞬态的影响,并研究粘弹性绳在拖拽物体时的纵向振动。

PROTOTYPE PROJECT SOLUTIONS OF TECHNOLOGICAL MODULES FOR INTRODUCTION TO COMPOSITION OF COMPOUND FEEDS OF NEW TYPES OF RAW MATERIALS 新型原料复合饲料配方介绍技术模块方案原型

The task of search of the prototype project solution for preparation for input in composition of compound feeds of new types proteinaceous raw materials is considered. It is set that rationally to create for this purpose the independent process lines placed in technological modules of the standardized overall dimensions. These lines in the form of technological modules ready for operation are delivered to the customer and join the operating or new formula-feed plants. The prototype project solution of technological modules for preparation of new types raw materials can be applied on the operating and designed small-scale and middle-scale intraeconomic formula-feed plants, expanding their range and reducing prime cost of forages.

OPTIMIZATION OF PROCESSING OF ANIMAL WASTE 动物粪便处理的优化

The analysis of technologies for processing wastes of livestock farms is made, the features of each of them are briefly described. The use of the described manure processing technologies is limited for pig farm waste, due to their high alkalinity and the presence of parasites. A more perspective approach to waste processing is presented. The essence of the proposed method lies in the preliminary separation of the liquid and solid phases, which allows to significantly reduce energy consumption, and subsequent combustion of the solid residue. The directions of using the products in various spheres are indicated. The method is designed for use in large livestock complexes, has a number of environmental and economic advantages.

Calculation of the support of the ring section of the oil producing marine stationary platform for ice loads 采油海洋固定式平台环段冰载支撑计算

The article deals with a cylindrical support of a pivot cross section of an oil producing stationary platform located in the sea at a certain distance from the shore. The supports experience loads from the mass of the platform and from the moving ice column. The design calculation taking into account the specified loads is carried out, the optimum geometrical characteristics of the support are determined; the stability test is carried out.

The device of operational control of a condition of isolation of electric equipment for use in operational conditions of agricultural production is developed. The measuring unit of the device contains active resistance and inductance meters with signal generators, as well as insulation resistance meter with a generator of high voltage test voltage. Control of active resistance and inductance of phase windings of stator of electric motors gives more complete information on the condition and malfunctions of the windings having inter-turn short circuit closures at carrying out diagnostic checks of electric equipment of the agricultural enterprises. The use of the instrument to control the insulation of electrical installations will implement a maintenance strategy for the technical condition, reduce operating costs and reduce damage from violations of technological processes due to failures of electrical equipment. MODULAR ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS ON THE BASIS OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN PRODUCTION OF ORGANIC FERTILIZERS 有机肥料生产中基于数字技术的模块化工程解决方案

Besides the issues of food safety, agricultural industry has to deal with the problem of improving soil fertility, that cannot be solved by applying conventional methods at the present time because of the financial situation of the vast majority of agricultural commodity producers. The scientists of ITSA – affiliated branch of FSAC VIM offer to overcome this problem through using organic raw materials (peat, brown coal, sapropel, biohumus) for producing organic-mineral fertilizers. A block-modular production line for manufacturing humic preparations and organic-mineral fertilizers on their basis on an industrial scale has been developed for the first time in Russia. The manufactured production lines are in operation in 11 regions of the Russian Federation and in the Republic of Belarus.

The article deals with the basic principles of the Concept of cooperation between agricultural producers, dealers and manufacturers within the framework of the company's dealer network. The sequence of creation of the firm dealer center is presented. The duties of the dealer, the manufacturer and the network of mobile service mechanics are considered. The structure of works which are carried out at maintenance, the organization of the secondary market of the second-hand equipment and at carrying out repair works in a zone of activity of the dealer is conceptually presented. The Appendix considers the composition of contractual obligations between the subjects of cooperation in the activities of the branded dealership.

DEPENDENCES OF ENERGY INDICATORS FROM PARAMETERS AND MODES OF WORK OF COSMOKES, FODDER AND GRAIN COMPLEXES 食品、饲料和粮食复合产品的参数和工作模式对能量指标的依赖性

Summary. Results of the analysis of test reports of mowers forage harvesters, the harvesters which are carried out on 10 stations for test of farm vehicles from 2000 to 2017 are presented in article. It is established that height of a cut of grain harvesters with the segment cutting devices on average is 67 % less, than at mowers with the segment and rotational cutting devices. Working speed at mowers with the rotational cutting devices on average is 27 % higher, than at mowers with the segment cutting devices and grain harvesters with the segment cutting devices though the working width of capture is 2,5 times less, than at grain harvesters with the segment cutting devices. It in turn for 25 % increases productivity in 1 hour of the main time (on 1 m of width of capture of the harvester). Respectively specific fuel consumption on unit of the performed work (on 1 m of width of capture of the harvester) at rotational devices is higher on average for 63 %. Dependences of specific fuel consumption and working speed on parameters and operating modes of the segment and rotational cutting devices, productivities of mowers, forage and combine harvesters are received.
