摘要

本文的目的是研究基于多锤式水泥路面养护车的电子控制系统及其通信模块,实现上位机、下位机和各种传感器之间高效的信号传输和处理。数据信号主要包括两种类型:一是传感器向上位机传输的数据信号,主要包括与锤头相关的各种传感器的信号;另一种是上位机与下位机之间的双向通信。水泥路面养护车电控系统上位机通过RS485总线采集传感器数据,通过OPC发送给PLC。PLC作为下位机,根据实时测量结果对各个破锤阶段进行控制。在实际应用中效果良好。
