摘要

提出了一种由无刷直流电动机和摆线针轮减速器组成的电动平衡车动力系统结构,并对该结构中重要部件的温度进行了讨论。摆线针轮减速器产生的损耗可以忽略不计,只需要分析电机的热场即可。由于温度变化会影响目标电机的材料性能,因此选择电机所涉及的电磁场和温度场进行耦合计算,以确定最终的温度分布是否能满足车辆的使用要求。
