According to the characteristics of the product, the test scheme of the sports car is designed, and the test data are collected and analyzed to extract the vibration input load. The safety margin of the structure design is verified by comparing and analyzing the results of simulation analysis and sports car test. The vibration input load obtained by the sports car is less than the load recommended by the relevant military standards, and the structural optimization design should be based on the measured vibration load.
