According to the characteristics of the product, the test scheme of the sports car is designed, and the test data are collected and analyzed to extract the vibration input load. The safety margin of the structure design is verified by comparing and analyzing the results of simulation analysis and sports car test. The vibration input load obtained by the sports car is less than the load recommended by the relevant military standards, and the structural optimization design should be based on the measured vibration load. 摘要

为了了解运动雷达的结构和力学性能,对整个雷达进行了仿真分析和样机试验。根据产品的特点,设计了跑车的试验方案,并对试验数据进行采集和分析,提取振动输入载荷。通过仿真分析和跑车试验结果的对比分析,验证了结构设计的安全裕度。跑车获得的振动输入载荷小于相关军用标准推荐的载荷,结构优化设计应以实测振动载荷为依据。本文的研究成果对开展车辆运动工作雷达的力学性能仿真与测试具有一定的参考意义。
