摘要

-在本研究中,AISI 1040碳钢板和用于风力涡轮机塔架的圆柱形零件用3M丙烯酸粘合剂粘合。通过力学试验装置确定了粘接胶的静强度值(剪切应力、弯曲应力和等效应力)。也;由于塔内的疲劳是由热应力和压力引起的,因此根据粘接件在重复应力作用下应力比在R=0处的等效应力变化得到S-N曲线。实验结果表明,在35 MPa波动等效应力下,粘接键具有无限寿命。
