The methodology used is the qualitative one of the Action Research type with the purpose of to determine how the health sector solved a legal vacuum in the current labor legislation, referring to the role of the Head of the Occupational Health and Safety service at work (Law No. 29783 and complementary regulations), determining its existence, responsibility, and functions.
