摘要

本研究旨在描述并确定肯达里市GAPENSI办公室领导对员工绩效行为的影响。抽样技术采用饱和抽样技术,即取全部待抽样人口共计38人。数据分析采用简单的线性回归分析。研究结果表明,领导的行为对GAPENSI肯达里市办公室员工的绩效有显著影响。即通过向领导提供更好的支持和鼓励、响应下属的抱怨、领导对下属建议的响应、设施领导对下属之间合作关系的建立、领导对下属工作的响应和错误领导对下属工作成功的响应等行为改变,从工作指标上观察可以提高员工绩效。能力、承诺、附加任务和关键事件的发展。
