摘要

本研究的目的是调查2021年特拉荣大学护理专业学生对医院临床实践环境的认识水平。采用描述性横断面研究方法对选取的205名学生的数据进行分析。研究结果显示认知水平为阳性,平均得分为130.83±8.73。“互动与参与”平均得分为41.6±2.99分,“以学生为中心”平均得分为45.92±3.56分,“允许个人参与”平均得分为10.53±1.82分,“护理工作价值”平均得分为9.11±1.11分,“在工作中促进学习”平均得分为16.42±2.80分,“缺乏创造力”平均得分为7.23±1.48分。研究结果为进一步改善特拉荣大学的护理培训提供了启示,特别是一般的护理培训大学和学院。
