摘要

在固井过程中,广泛使用mgo基膨胀添加剂来增加水泥石环空与井筒和套管的粘结性。在井底区域的高温条件下,添加剂有助于防止气体在井中窜出和运移。本文介绍了以贵州孔泉矿菱镁矿石为原料制备PVChem氧化镁膨胀剂的研究结果。通过对水泥石的密度、水分离、排水量、流变性能、稠化时间和强度的分析表明,在水泥浆混合料中加入0.75% PVChem MgO膨胀剂可以有效地阻止气体的进入和运移。
