In order to characterize a spurious free dynamic range, the third-order inter-modulation distortion signal power is measured by a two-tone test. The spurious free dynamic range of the photonic frequency up-converter is 81 dB-Hz2/3 for the optical LO power of -10 dBm and the optical IF power of -16 dBm.
