A Method for Synthesizing Multi-false-targets Signal for Countering Stepped-Frequency ISAR 一种对抗步进频率ISAR的多假目标信号合成方法

To realize multiple false targets deception jamming against stepped-frequency ISAR, a method of synthesizing multi-false-targets signal for countering stepped-frequency ISAR is proposed, and the scheme of the image synthesizer to produce multi-false-targets signal against stepped-frequency ISAR is given in this paper. The multi-false-targets signal synthesis theory and system architecture of the image synthesizer is firstly described in detail, furthermore, it is illuminated using the synthesis process of two and three false targets. Then, the simulations to synthesize multiple false targets have been done, and the multiple false targets deception jamming against stepped-frequency is accomplished. The simulation results show that multiple false targets are produced successfully, and this method is effective and feasible.

Design of 60-GHz LNA in 0.13-μm SiGe BiCMOS 0.13 μm SiGe BiCMOS中60 ghz LNA的设计

This paper presents the design of the matching network of a 60-GHz high-gain LNA. Through analyzing commonly used structure, a simplified input matching network was designed and an inter-stage matching network was proposed to improve gain and reduce noise. Simulated in 0.13-μm SiGe BiCMOS technology, the LNA provides a gain of 20 dB with a noise figure of 5 dB while consuming 3 mA from a 2.5-V supply.

A High Speed Pulse Detector at W-Band w波段高速脉冲探测器

A high speed pulse detector at W-band is analyzed and designed based on hybrid integrated technology. The beam lead detector diode HSCH-9161 is adopted. The tested results show that the rising time of the output pulse within 92~98GHz is less than 2~3ns after the modulator and detector when the input modulating pulse signal rise time is 700ps. Due to its fast response speed, this detector can be applied in a variety of W- band pulse detecting systems.

Development of the Disk Antenna Array Aperture Synthesis Millimeter Wave Radiometer 圆盘天线阵列孔径合成毫米波辐射计的研制

The disk antenna array aperture synthesis millimeter wave radiometer operating at 8mm band was developed by Electromagnetics Laboratory (EML) of Beihang University (BHU). The instrument consists of a disk array of 10 horn antennas, a rotating platform, receivers, a data acquisition subsystem, and a PC. It was completed in July 2006, and the testing and imaging experiments were carried out. The instrument imaged the artificial point source and the solar transit scene, which shows its imaging performance. The system configuration, calibration, and preliminary imaging results of the instrument are presented in this paper.

Two-beam Scanning Method Based on Injection-Locking Technique

This paper studies Two-beam scanning system of nonlinear active array based on injection-locking technique, which has the merits of miniaturization, low cost, high integration. Firstly, the article reviews the theory of injection- locked phase, then analyzes basic method of two-beam scanning, computer simulations are used to verify the realization. At last ,four channels injection-locking oscillators is designed and the validity of two- beam scanning system is also validated by the measurement of radiation pattern.

Calculation of the Complex Propagation Constant of Substrate Integrated Waveguide 基板集成波导复传播常数的计算

In this paper, an analytical method for calculating the complex propagation constant of substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is proposed, which is based on the scattering theory of the infinite grating of conducting circular cylinders. Making use of this method, the dominant mode propagation characteristic of SIW is calculated and used for the design of SIW. The calculated results are compared with published results and the agreement verified the accuracy of this method.
本文基于导电圆柱无限光栅的散射理论,提出了一种计算基板集成波导复传播常数的解析方法。利用该方法计算了SIW的优势模传播特性,并将其用于SIW的设计。将计算结果与已发表的结果进行了比较,结果一致,验证了该方法的准确性。

A 60-GHz Single-Chip Transceiver for WPAN Applications 用于WPAN应用的60ghz单片收发器

A fully-integrated 60-GHz MMIC transceiver in 0.15-mum pHEMT is presented in this paper. The transceiver converts the frequency band of 5 GHz wireless LAN to millimeter-wave of 51 to 63 GHz. The measured up-conversion gain is -10 dB and the measured down-conversion gain is 7 dB. This transceiver chip can be used in dual mode broadband and wireless network system.

N-π Equivalent Circuit for Si CMOS on-Chip Inductor Modeling Si CMOS片上电感建模的N-π等效电路

We carried out the modeling of silicon CMOS on-chip spiral inductors based on an n-ges4 equivalent circuit. Due to the distributed nature of the inductor, the n- (nges4) structure can be more precisely characterize the inductor behavior as compared to the conventional single-pi or double-pi models with an operating frequency beyond the GHz range. The parameter extraction with a characteristic-function approach for the equivalent circuit is achieved through the transformation of the ABCD-matrix.

Realization of multiplying type interferometer with 2-elements 0.3K bolometer detectores 2元0.3K辐射热计探测器倍增型干涉仪的实现

We have developed two-elements 0.3K high sensitive bolometer detectors system optimized to Multi- Fourier Transform interferometer (MuFT) to realize the multiplying type bolometric astronomical interferometer in millimeter and submillimeter wave bands. A wiregrid polarizer is set in the detector system. The signal led to the bolometer detectors system is then divided into two parts. One of the two bolometer elements receives the reflected signal while the other receives the transmitted signal. Since phases of mutual coherence functions in two signals are shifted 71 ,the difference of reflected and transmitted signals reproduces full mutual coherence function and can easily remove the baseline fluctuations. This method is for the first time succeeded in moon observation at Nobeyama Radio Observatory, Japan, 2007.

Peak Detection Ultra-Wideband Transceiver Using Tunnel Backward Diode 隧道反向二极管峰值检测超宽带收发器

This paper presents the research and development of ultra-wideband (UWB) noncoherent transceivers in UWB consortium of USTC. A single band impulse radio transceiver and a multi-band impulse radio transceiver with discrete devices were implemented. Both of the transceivers use FPGA to perform baseband process. The high rate of 190 Mbps wireless transmission of real-time no compression video and HDTV were also verified by using USB2.0 over UWB.
本文介绍了中国科大超宽带联盟超宽带(UWB)非相干收发器的研究与开发情况。实现了一种单频段脉冲无线电收发器和一种离散器件多频段脉冲无线电收发器。两种收发器均采用FPGA进行基带处理。在UWB上使用USB2.0验证了实时无压缩视频和高清电视的高速率无线传输。
