ARank Spearman Correlation Analysis was employed to determine whether significantrelationship existed between job satisfaction factors and organizational commitment Data were obtained through use of questionnaires and personal interviews. The following findings were revealed (1). Employees satisfy enough and has a moderate commitment to their organization, (2). There is moderate relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment, (3). 摘要

本研究的总体目的是分析雅加达保险公司组织的达纳养老金员工的工作满意度与组织承诺之间的关系,并分析薪酬、工作特征和工作环境与组织承诺之间的关系比较。数据收集是通过感觉而不是抽样来完成的。元素人口的数量只有90个有机雇员。描述分析是用来了解员工满意度和他们对组织的承诺。采用ank Spearman相关分析来确定工作满意度因素与组织承诺之间是否存在显著的相关关系。研究发现:(1)员工对组织有足够的满意度和适度的承诺;(2)工作满意度与组织承诺之间存在适度的关系;(3)从工作满意度因素来看,研究结果表明,工作环境与组织承诺之间存在正相关关系。本研究建议,拥有养老金计划的保险公司不应该依附于母公司,公司应该招聘真正了解公司养老金计划本身的员工。
