Multiphysics Simulation of Super-Resolution BD ROM Optical Disk Readout
We propose a multiphysics model of super-resolution BD ROM disk readout based on the photogeneration of free carriers in the active layer to retrieve far-field signal from pits smaller than the resolution limit
