This paper explored the influence of knowledge and collaboration network embeddedness on innovation performance based on biological medicine producing Chinese enterprises operating in Wuhan East Lake high-tech zone. Network visualization technology was used to analyze the impact of centrality and structure hole on enterprise innovation performance. Research analysis results showed the following findings: First, an inverted U-shaped relationship exists between enterprise innovation performance and centrality in knowledge network and the innovation performance and structural holes have a positive correlation. Secondly, enterprise innovation performance is positively related to centrality in a collaborative network. But relationship between innovation performance and the degree of structural holes insignificant. Finally, the result showed that knowledge and collaborative networks were not correlated. 摘要

嵌入式创新正在成为一种新的创新范式。企业的创新活动既受到知识网络中的知识要素的影响,也受到协同网络中的合作伙伴的影响。本文以武汉东湖高新区生物医药生产企业为研究对象,探讨了知识和协作网络嵌入性对企业创新绩效的影响。利用网络可视化技术分析了中心性和结构空洞对企业创新绩效的影响。研究分析结果表明:一是企业创新绩效与知识网络中心性呈倒u型关系,创新绩效与结构洞呈正相关;第二,企业创新绩效与协同网络中的中心性正相关。但创新绩效与结构空洞程度之间的关系不显著。结果表明,知识与协作网络之间不存在相关性。会议还为企业提出了提高创新绩效的建议。
