摘要

工业革命4.0要求人力资源在生活的各个方面都有素质,这样他们才能继续在就业中竞争。在此基础上,人力资源必须做好工作准备,以便能够面对发生的变化。本研究的目的是确定人格发展训练作为提高SMK Negeri 5 Samarinda学生面对工业革命4.0的工作准备的一个步骤的有效性。本研究采用一组前测后测设计。本研究的对象为30名SMK Negeri 5 Samarinda的学生。使用工作准备量表收集数据。数据分析采用配对样本t检验。结果表明,人格发展训练对提高小学学生的工作准备水平有显著效果
