By analyzing the key objects involved in the process of quality problem close-loop, characteristics of close-loop process document, close-loop role, and close-loop activity are defined. Combined with the quality problem close-loop guideline standard, quality problem close-loop process control mechanism is proposed. Quality problem closeloop stage is divided into six parts, and the operation contents of different close-loop stages are analyzed. Based on the process management requirements, a three-layer control structure model of quality problems close-loop is studied and constructed. The functional requirements of online management about quality problems close-loop are analyzed, and the system architecture is designed. A prototype system of quality problem close-loop management is developed.
