摘要

随着移动系统技术的发展,向终端用户提供高数据速率的应用成为可能。除了核心网的瓶颈问题外,空口的有效利用仍然是一个很大的挑战。因此,有必要拥有智能资源管理机制,以便为对所获得的服务质量有很高期望的最终用户提供精确的质量。在这里,我们提出了一种基于QoE的方法来改善LTE网络中YouTube视频的播放。本文还将分析我们的方法在运行网络上实施时的有效性和挫折。
