摘要

功率开关元件的死区时间、电压降和负载的变化是导致SPWM逆变器输出失真的主要原因。这种输出会引发一系列严重的问题,如降低设备运行的稳定性,增加损耗等。本文根据产生各种失真的原因,针对死区效应,提出了一种最小化死区时间和减小输出过零失真的算法;针对模型参数和载荷的变化,提出了一种基于自适应线性神经网络的畸变检测与补偿算法。最后,采用STM32F103ZE6 (Cortex-M3 32位ARM微处理器),单相SPWM逆变器的输出失真仅为0.9%,低于补偿前的85%左右。
