摘要

本文讨论了利用自动化电表系统对四线制0.4 kV配电网线路复杂电阻进行解析计算的条件。给出了基于用户和监测段起始处有功、无功功率和有效电压测量数据的计算表达式。这些表达式使用每个用户间网络段的相线和中性线电阻相等的条件。通过对模拟网络进行的计算实验,验证了所提解析计算表达式的可靠性。所得结果可为配电网技术状况诊断和电损监测的自动计费系统的组织提供参考。
